Nick
Brown: Chief Executive

Nick founded the FutureGroup of companies in early 1999 and operates as
a
" hands-on" CEO with the support of his capable and competent
management team. These executives have all been hand picked
from their respective market sectors and are considered to
be the best in their field. This makes the business technically
strong to bring a wealth of product opportunity to our clients.
Prior to Green Amps, Nick founded telecomms company Metrodata Ltd in
1989 which was subsequently bought by Metrodata (Holdings) Plc in 1993.
He
performed a variety of tasks at Metrodata including responsibilities for
market
research and product marketing, defining strategy and corporate finance.
Green Amps' parent company Green Watts (Holdings) Limited owns a significant
share in Metrodata (Holdings).
Nick has a BSc (Hon) in Electronic Engineering, has been a member
of the IEE for 17 years and is a Chartered Engineer.
Andy
Brown: Director

Andy Brown is responsible for a variety of functions within the group
with a particular
strength in civil engineering, aerofoil design and the development of
renewable
energy products.
Andy holds a directorship at Cambridge Architectural Research, Cambridge
where he is involved in researching the climatic effects on building structures
along with responsibilities for database development and IT responsibilities.
Prior to CAR Ltd Andy was involved in building services
development at
Architectural Engineers Fulcrum Engineering Ltd in Farringdon, London.
Andy has an honours degree from Cambridge University.
Peter
Mearns : Non-exec director

Peter has provided financial management advice to the group since 1999.
Peter has been the Managing Director of business consultancy Business
Brainpower since 1997 where he assists overseas and UK companies with
new ventures, acquisitions and disposals, turnarounds, and finance. He
is also
connected with the VC syndicate Cavendish Management Resources.
In 1997 he retired from British Oxygen Group where he had held over a
period of
13 years a number of directorships including Finance Director to the UK
Gases
and Overseas Divisions and was responsible for quadrupling the market
values
of the Nigerian and Kenyan Companies. Peter has also been the Deputy Managing
Director at AGB Research and Finance Director at United Glass.
In the 1960’s he developed battlefield radar at GEC.
Peter holds a BSc in Physics and an MBA from Cranfield.
Derek
Rogers : Non-exec director

Derek retired from the role of Managing Director of Lincoln Insurance
UK in 1999
having held a board seat for over 12 years as Sales Director and latterly
for a
number of years as MD. Since then he has been MD of Munich Re and Interim
Director
for Acorn Financial Services. Derek is married and spends much of his
time keeping fit
